How much does it cost to list an item on is being developed with the Seller in mind. There is no longer a need to pay high prices to sell on other auction sites. has a Flat $5 Fee to list an item on the site, with no percentage off of the final sale price.  

If you decide to have your Auction Featured, there is a $2.00 additional Fee for featuring an auction.

What does Featured Listing mean?

A featured Auction is shown before non-featured auctions in an category. Featured Auctions are also featured in the Home Page slider. There is a $2.00 Fee for featuring an auction.

Can I retract my bid?

Unfortunately, bids are not retractable. When placing a bid, you are confirming that you are able to pay for that item. If you do not have the ability to pay for an auction, please do not bid. Non-paying bidders will be removed from the website when it is brought to our attention. The Seller pays to list on, it is not fair to them or to

Can I close my Auction after it has bids placed?

No, once bids are placed you are unable to close the auction.  Only exception is if the highest bid is below the reserve price.

Why did the auction end time get extended?

The duration of an auction will be extended by 10 minutes if a bid is placed within 10 minutes of the closing of an auction.

What is Proxy Bidding?

Bidders will be able to place a maximum bid on an auction, but the active bid set will be the minimum amount required for them to be high bidders.

Why has my account been suspended/closed?

There are many possible reasons for your account being suspended/closed, including but not limited to:

  • Admin have the right to suspend/close an account of a non-paying bidder.
  • Admin has the right to suspend/close an account for inappropriate Auctions.
  • Admin has the right to suspend/close an account if there is a past due balance.

How do I list my business on GunAgents MarketPlace?

Listing your business on GunAgents MarketPlace is an easy process. Click on "Business Banner goes here" and you will be redirected to a Online Advertising Application.  Completely fill out the application and email it to us at included with a file containing the company logo which will appear as the Business Link.

How soon will my Customer Service issues be resolved?

On most occasions Customer Service will reply to your email within hours or minutes. However, depending on many factors, it may take 24-72 hours to get a reply; please be patient.

Please keep in mind when contacting us:

•Emails are answered in the order they arrive.
•Replies may take longer on weekends and holidays.

Why do users have different color stars next to their feedback?

Successfully completed transactions earn buyers/sellers a higher trust status. The software translates the level of trustworthiness into a star rating. There are five types of stars:

Star System
  • 1 to 9 –> Yellow
  • 10 to 49 –> Green
  • 50 to 99 –> Blue
  • 100 to 199 –> Red
  • 200 and above –> Golden

What does it mean when status says "OPEN" but time says "Closed" ?

Our Server and website run crons every minute, during the minute that the auction is closing, there is a one minute window of time when bids can still be placed.  We know that it is misleading if an auction time says closed, yet bids can be placed in the minute that the auction is closing.  That's why we refer to the status of an auction. Unfortunately, we are unable to run crons any quicker than that.  We apologize for any confusion that this may bring.
